You’ll also learn about ethics, safety, and documentation the habits that make Lifeline trusted and respected in every home we enter. By the end, you’ll not only understand the system but carry the heart of a Lifeline Nursea caregiver who leads with empathy and sets the standard for home-based healthcare in Ethiopia

Requirements

  • Valid Nursing Credentials – A recognized nursing qualification and current professional license.
  • Basic Clinical Skills—Competence in vital sign assessment, medication administration, and infection control.
  • Access to a smartphone or computer—for reviewing course materials, EMR documentation, and LMIS modules.
  • Reliable Internet Connection – To participate in video sessions and access learning resources.
  • Commitment to Professional Conduct – Upholding Lifeline’s values of empathy, confidentiality, and respect.
