  • Valid healthcare professional license or certification

While we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of clinical experience, we welcome passionate healthcare professionals at various career stages. The onboarding program is designed to prepare you for home-based care regardless of your background.
The complete onboarding program takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. You can work through the modules at your own pace, and your progress is automatically saved.
Yes! If you don't pass the final assessment on your first attempt, you can retake it after reviewing the course materials. We want to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
Your certificate will be issued immediately upon successful completion of the final assessment. You'll receive a digital certificate via email and can access it anytime from your dashboard.
Our onboarding platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can learn on the go.
Once certified, you'll be contacted by our team to discuss available positions and schedule your first assignment. You'll also gain access to ongoing training resources and our professional community.

How to give care for children with special needs

This course provides participants with a deep understanding of the world of children with special needs. The training primarily focuses on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Down Syndrome, detailing their nature, symptoms, screening and diagnostic processes, and practical care strategies. Upon completion, participants will gain the holistic knowledge and skills necessary to understand the needs of children with these conditions, including how to address communication gaps using visuals and color-coded systems, how to create a supportive living environment, and how to provide appropriate support for their health and daily routines.
