Do I need prior experience?

While we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of clinical experience, we welcome passionate healthcare professionals at various career stages. The onboarding program is designed to prepare you for home-based care regardless of your background.

How long does the onboarding take?

The complete onboarding program takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. You can work through the modules at your own pace, and your progress is automatically saved.

Can I retake the exam?

Yes! If you don't pass the final assessment on your first attempt, you can retake it after reviewing the course materials. We want to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be issued immediately upon successful completion of the final assessment. You'll receive a digital certificate via email and can access it anytime from your dashboard.

Is the course mobile-friendly?

Our onboarding platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can learn on the go.

What happens after I complete the onboarding?

In this session, you’ll discover what it truly means to deliver expert clinical care within the comfort of home with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. We’ll walk through Lifeline’s mission, the scope of our services, and the daily workflow that keeps our care organized and data-driven. You’ll also learn about ethics, safety, and documentation the habits that make Lifeline trusted and respected in every home we enter. How to give care for children with special needs

This course provides participants with a deep understanding of the world of children with special needs. The training primarily focuses on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Down Syndrome, detailing their nature, symptoms, screening and diagnostic processes, and practical care strategies. Upon completion, participants will gain the holistic knowledge and skills necessary to understand the needs of children with these conditions, including how to address communication gaps using visuals and color-coded systems, how to create a supportive living environment, and how to provide appropriate support for their health and daily routines.
